Hilde Hefte wrote history when she established Norsk Jazzforlag this week.”

This is what the journalist Roald Helgheim in the national newspaper Dagsavisen wrote when Norsk Jazzforlag released its first sheet music book.

I am so very proud when I'm now presenting this release with all these great jazz musicians and composers to all of you.

Several of them have received various prizes and some of them have even received Norway's most prestigious jazz prize "Buddystatuetten".
